بعد إتمام الطلب، عادةً ما يصلك بريد إلكتروني يحتوي على رقم التتبع (Tracking Number) ورابط مباشر لتتبع الطلب. - زيارة موقع المتجر أو الشركة:

- اختر الطلب الذي تريد تتبعه، وستجد هناك حالة الطلب ورقم التتبع إن توفر.
- استخدام موقع شركة الشحن:
- انسخ رقم التتبع.
- ادخله في موقع شركة الشحن (مثل Aramex، DHL، FedEx، SMSA، البريد السعودي، إلخ).
- ستظهر لك حالة الشحنة وموقعها الحالي.
- في حال لم يصلك رقم التتبع:
تواصل مع خدمة العملاء الخاصة بالمتجر، واطلب منهم تزويدك بمعلومات الشحنة. - هل يمكنك إخباري من أي موقع أو شركة قمت بالطلب؟ عندها أستطيع أن أقدّم لك رابط التتبع المباشر وخطوات مخصصة.
